I have just started exploring Flickr and keep thinking why? What is the motivation of the people posting pictures and at the rate of 5,00 images a minute. I will continue trying discover what advantages people gain by using Flickr. There are some amazing photo shots. Way cool!
Also, I am just practicing using my blog.

Family events, children growing up, families and friends living far apart are all reasons to post pictures so that you can keep in touch. Wait till you get to the collages and mash ups.
